TO proclaim the Word of God to unbelievers, to make them believers, to the believers to make them disciples to build the Kingdom of God.
TO making disciples that reach up, reach in, and reach out.
TO help people find freedom through healing and deliverance, grow in faith, discover their purpose and make a difference and help the community.
TO become a beacon of light in the Ottawa-Gatineau region according to Acts 2: 42-47 and to fulfill out our biblical mandate according to Matthew 28:19-20 of making disciples serving God and his people.

At Set The Captive Free Outreach Centre Canada (STCFOCC), our church is built upon the core values of unconditional love, rooted in the boundless love God has for us. We believe that faith is at the heart of everything we do—encouraging one another to grow closer to Christ and walk boldly in our spiritual journey.

We take a holistic approach to ministry, seeking to nourish the mind, body, and soul of our community. Through worship, teaching, fellowship, and outreach, we create a safe and welcoming space where individuals can flourish.

Guided by the Holy Spirit and led by our Outreach Committee, we are committed to making a meaningful impact—supporting our neighbours near and far with acts of love, service, and generosity throughout the Gatineau region.

We are more than a church; we are a family united in faith. Together, we strive to help people find freedom in Christ, discover their divine purpose, and experience the power of a community that lifts one another up in love and truth.
